Staff training has changed significantly since those early days, but it has always been a key factor in getting things right for their customers.<\/p>\n<p>David, the shop owner, told us, \u201cWhen our local authority originally introduced food hygiene training, it was face to face \u2013 we rearranged rotas and spent afternoons in the classroom to get our certificates. Whilst it was great to know our staff were competent, it was always tricky arranging sessions around opening times.<\/p>\n<p>Using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesaferfoodgroup.com\/food-hygiene-level-2-catering.php\">Safer Food Group online training<\/a> has been great for us \u2013 it\u2019s much easier to fit in around shifts, and the video lessons feel similar to the classroom course we used to take. The SFG website gives us an up-to-date record of our staff training, which helps keep track of our seasonal staff, and all the courses we need are available in one place, including the Level 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesaferfoodgroup.com\/health-and-safety-level-2-general.php\">Health &amp; Safety<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesaferfoodgroup.com\/allergy-awareness-level-2-general.php\">Allergy Awareness<\/a> courses, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesaferfoodgroup.com\/food-hygiene-level-3.php\">Level 3 Supervisor<\/a> course.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.caseandbrewer.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Case and Brewer<\/a>\u00a0are justifiably proud of their team\u2019s achievements; if you manage a trip to beautiful Dorset this summer, why not pop in and enjoy some freshly cooked
