Jilly started raising money for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atsociety.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A-T Society<\/a>\u00a0in 2015, but as orders flooded in, her hobby became her business.<\/p>\n<p>It was at this point, Jilly told us, \u201cI realised I needed to get professional and get\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesaferfoodgroup.com\/food-hygiene-level-2-versions.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Level 2 Hygiene<\/a>\u00a0certified. I found the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesaferfoodgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Safer Food Group<\/a>\u00a0in a Google search and I\u2019m so glad I did. Studying the course videos gave me so much encouragement and motivation. Not to mention how entertaining Marcus and Nick were throughout the course; it was so enjoyable!<\/p>\n<p>Completing the course helped me so much in my business. I run my bakery from home, so all the tips and guidance I learnt from the course really helped me to transform my home bakery into a professional environment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As someone affected by A-T, Jilly continues to run\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/jillyscupcakehouse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">her business<\/a>\u00a0with all profits going to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atsociety.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the A-T society<\/a>.
