Business account

Business accounts are the ideal way for companies with single sites, such as Case and Brewer Fish and Chip shop, to manage staff training. The account enables them to purchase and allocate course codes to individuals within the business, view their progress, download their certificates and monitor renewal requirements. It also gives access to key financial and historical order data – a business account is a cost saving, high impact solution for businesses who want to spend less time on staff training admin and more time serving their customers.

Partner account

A Safer Food Group Partner account offers the dual benefits of increased value for money, alongside the effectiveness of local control.

Blue Arrow are a leading recruitment company with branches in many UK locations. Taking advantage of a free Safer Food Group Partner account allows them to manage candidate training locally, while centralising purchasing and financial control. Offering food safety training to relevant candidates demonstrates Blue Arrow’s commitment to quality and good practice, a competitive advantage in a busy recruitment market.

SFG Partner accounts also allow many NHS trusts to manage their training effectively. For example, University Hospitals Birmingham Foundation Trust use their Partner account to purchase courses on behalf of Good Hope, Heartlands, Solihull, and Queen Elizabeth Hospital, taking advantage of increased purchasing power. Courses are allocated to settings, who manage the training schedules of their individual teams.

Affiliates

With the addition of a simple, unique weblink to their website, emails and other digital platforms, affiliates including FM Resolutions add industry recognised training to their range of digital food safety services. As a complementary addition to their existing food safety services, FM resolutions have been able to increase customer satisfaction through an end-to-end solution. Affiliates benefit from a generous percentage commission, calculated and paid quarterly on all course sales completed through the affiliate link.

Hosted courses

The Safer Food Group and Early Years Alliance partnership enables members of the EYA to benefit from Safer Food Group courses at reduced prices, as part of their membership package.

Since its inception in 2024, SFG courses specifically aimed at Early Years educators have been launched on the EYA members platform. This partnership puts SFG’s food safety knowledge firmly into the context of nurseries, child minders and playgroups: the EYA have added the latest industry expertise and best practice that brings the learning to life.

The collaboration offers EYA members a high quality, great value learning experience that incorporates both national and industry specific regulations, including EYFS; a genuine membership benefit.

Bespoke training

The Safer Food Group were approached by NTW Solutions (Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust Group) in April 2025. The Trust wanted to develop a food safety course that met the specific needs of health care assistants. Existing food safety courses didn’t quite hit the spot – so together we developed a short, focussed course that specifically addressed good food safety practice within the day-to-day role of an HCA, and helped them to put their learning into practice.

This course is now available to all NHS trusts, Care organisations and other health related settings
