As pioneers in the world of food safety training, we were the first company to offer an independently accredited online food safety course. And as online training has grown, so have we - we continue to innovate and explore, meaning we offer our learners courses that truly improve understanding and transform daily working practices.

For instance, following the launch of 'Together: Our Community Cookbook', we supported the Hubb community kitchen and The Royal Foundation by donating a broad range of training courses. The kitchen was created in response to the Grenfell Tower disaster, and continues to transform lives and communities through cooking and sharing food.

Our expertise

Across our team, we have more than 50 years of experience in the food safety training industry. We use the Safer Food Group for trainees on our baking themed employability course to take their Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.
